$10/signature, — plus $20 flat rate each way mobile notary fee within 10 mile traveling distance, $5/mile after the first 10 miles. Total fees are determined by location, number of signers, number of documents and/or printing service requests
*Fees are still due if signing does not occur for any reason when notary arrives, or if appointment is cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time.
Wait time — $25 per hour
$75-$250 - Average range (price to be determined by signing location and number of signers).
Ex. (Purchase, refinance, loan modifications, reverse mortgage etc.)
*FedEx and UPS drop off included. Client will provide shipping label or airway bill if needed.
Estate Planning Documents- $75-$200 - (price to be determined by signing location and number of signers).
